Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
Wrong size/Exchange
At this time, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Since everything in the store is custom made to order, please do your research with the sizing charts that are in the description of every item. We appreciate your support as we build up our store with more options and better policies that will come with growth. Thank you.
LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
